Our philosophy is based on the knowledge of ingredients and on the passion for the world of Franciacorta. Our goal is to lead our guests to know intimately our various offerings and to cater a plan for their day or evening based on what they see here at Dispensa. Indeed you may come to us for cocktails and then pause to sample a dish in the restaurant, or dine in the osteria with Franciacorta wine tasting which you may then purchase from the shelves of the wine shop. Our story is born in Torbiato di Adro, from three different ideas of hospitality, a calling for an upscale restaurant, a direction toward a wine bar and modern osteria and one more focused on the world of the enoteca.
